Pickup & Delivery

Don't want to wait for delivery? You can pick up your package in store! Just choose In Store Pickup from our shipping menu. You'll receive a notification when your order is all wrapped up and ready & then you can come pick it up during store hours. 

Shipping

FLAT RATE SHIPPING on all regular priced purchases. Flat rate of $10 for regular postage. Priority or Expetited shipping calculated at checkout.

We can only ship to the billing address or a confirmed address.

Customer is responsible for any additional costs on rejected packages.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for any shipping or custom delays. However we will be happy to work with you to track your purchase.

Shipping cannot be refunded once shipped.

Return Policies

Regularly priced merchandise may be exchange or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase with an original (or gift) receipt. Item must be in unused & unworn condition with tags securely attached. Any items without original tags or receipt will not be accepted.

We do not offer price adjustments.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days. The first day is when Canada Post delivered or tried to deliver your package. For in-store pick ups the first day is when you received your order confirmation. Return cards are included with every shipment, if you require further assistance please email us at shop@flocboutique.com.  Item must be in unused & unworn condition with tags securely attached. Any items without original tags will not be accepted. Please include your return card or order confirmation with the return package. 

Customer is responsible for any shipping costs for return and we ask that you insure the package with tracking information. We will not be responsible for the cost of any lost packages. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

We are happy to support you with selecting a different size, however we can not guarantee that the item you would like to exchange will be available in the size or colour requested.
